Hey Mori, just an interesting Dragon Ball fact, for most characters, it's slow to charge Ki underwater, but the only ones that can charge fast are the Saibaman, or most famously called, Mini Raditz
When fighting there’s a big bar right of the health bar that fills as you fight. When full you can charge ki past full for like a second to use surge mode. It lets hit harder and spam special moves.

The mangaka, Akira Toriyama, never had a real plan for the series. He improvised a lot and made stuff up every week. That's why the plot sometimes feels too convenient or weirdly random.
Krillin being kebab's by Frieza's horn was even more gruesome in the anime, he was just swinging him around and torturing him, it was censored in several countries (I watched it uncensored on TV)

In the original anime before this Spirit Bomb Ginyu used his Change technique with Bulma and there was a whole thing where she had to get back, lots of filler that were still tied to the plot in DBZ
The Genkidama (Spirit Bomb) can only be used by the pure of heart, and because Super Saiyan gives the user primal rage and wish to fight and that counts as evil, so they can't be used together
