If you stay afk at the top of it for long time creepers will spawn, if you look inside of the farm there's like blocks placed for the creeper hitbox, that's why no other mobs spawn.
There's also cats inside, because creepers are scared of cats so that makes them go to the water, after that creepers are dragged to the lava where they die! So stay afk there then go check the chest

Calli, there's a mechanic in minecraft with weapons, if you spam the click it'll do less damage. There's a bar in the middle of you screen when you attack, wait until the bar is gone, then attack!
