Bad news and good news about the electricity bill. The bad news is that you can't pay the electricity bill even if you play day 11 perfectly, nor if you backtrack and replay from day 10. (1/3)
The good news is that failing to pay the bill has minimal impact, so you may as well play on. Your room will be dark and Jill will be distracted on day 12, but that's about it. No lasting damage (2/3)
Two recommendations. 1) buy the M*ga Christmas Tree to prevent distraction on day 11. 2) listen to chat for a key drink to serve Dorothy on day 12 while Jill is distracted and not giving hints. (3/3)

Fun Fact: Va-11 Hall-a was developed at the same time as YIIK and ROM2064. Each game has references to each other. And ROM2064 takes place in the same universe as Va-11 Hall-a.
