Long time no Supa! Love this game. One thing you'll start to notice as you get more confident in building is that there are items you can find on the map. Those can be used to exceed the 6 weapon/6 passive limit to maximize what you can do in a run.
There's a garlic cycle that we all go through with this game. It's the best weapon in the game. Then it's absolute garbage. Then it's pretty good with legit uses.

[FYI] Did you know @MA_YO_NE_YO made a SICK retexture Mod for this game that turns all player sprites into Hololive? All EN1s playable! I know permissions are a thing but it's worth at least looking up the gorgeous sprites!
The cool thing about garlic is that it reduces enemy resistance to knockback, while the bible has very consistent knockback. It's not even overkill, it's like the two were made for each other.

You can also 'skip' certain selections by picking up those selections on the level itself. (Like by following that green arrow). That way, you can get more than the maximum number of boosts.
When you've got items sitting out in the world like the Empty Tome, if you fill up all your NORMAL slots first, then grab it?? You straight up get another free slot for it.
Hey Calli glad you're having fun with Vampire Survivors. After watching your Bloodborne streams I decided to buy the game and try my first soulsborne game. It was difficult, but I really enjoyed it. Thanks for introducing me to a fantastic game!
