A really good way to give your cats treats well also helping with not over eating or getting fat is to get toys you can put treats in. They have to play with the toys to get all the snacks out, keeps them moving more
A DIY Cat Treat toy I made for my cat was an empty water bottle with a few holes along the side. She'd have to roll the bottle to get the treats out. Admittedly, I got mixed results from it.
